In its continuing pursuit of quality education and institutional development, Legacy College of Compostela (LCC) conducted benchmarking visits to two respected higher education institutions in Mindanaoโthe University of MindanaoโDavao and Cor Jesu College in Digos City. The visits formed part of the College's efforts to strengthen academic programs, improve institutional practices, and build meaningful partnerships with fellow educational institutions.
The delegation was led by College President Atty. Joji Bernadette A. Casidsid, together with the College's administrators and key personnel. Through these benchmarking activities, the team engaged with their counterparts to exchange ideas, share experiences, and learn from established practices in academic management, quality assurance, governance, student services, and institutional operations.
At the University of MindanaoโDavao, the delegation participated in discussions that highlighted effective strategies in institutional management and higher education delivery. The benchmarking visit to Cor Jesu College likewise provided valuable learning experiences as both institutions exchanged best practices and explored approaches to enhancing educational quality.
